Public / Personal / Private / Nano information has been under-siege by Orwellian Big Brother entities for decades, Nano information was protected by the US Government with HIPAA laws; the ACBB believes there is still time to create such legal controls over Private Information, giving control back to the owner, and not in the control of Big Brother.
